Events at Hall Place

Whether you are looking for a venue for a wedding anniversary, birthday party, naming ceremony or a company Christmas party, Hall Place is the ideal venue for you.

We pride ourselves at Hall Place in attention to detail and our dedicated team of staff will listen and advise you on the arrangements to ensure that the event runs smoothly.

Most of all our aim is that you can relax in the knowledge that we are looking after your every need.

At Hall Place we have a variety of rooms available to cater for a small gathering of 20 people to a dinner dance for 120. There is also the option of having a marquee on the back lawn to cater for up to 300 guests.

The William East Room, dating from the mid-18 th century, is richly decorated with stucco relief’s against a background of Wedgwood green, this classic room can seat up to 80 guests for a formal meal or served buffet, or up to 130 guests with drinks or a finger buffet.

The Salter Chalker room, leading off the William East Room, can be used for additional seating or for the setting out of food.

The Conference Hall makes an ideal location for functions and dances. This two storey centre, with full access lift, has views over gardens and lawns and is approached through an attractive 19 th century archway or directly from the mansion itself. It can seat up to 120 for a formal meal or can accommodate up to 300 for a dance. There is also a bar available for private use.
