Train to Gain– Free NVQ Training*

Train to Gain is a service designed to help businesses get the training they need to succeed. It is funded by the Learning and Skills Council, which is the organisation responsible for delivering the Governments skills strategy in England.

The service offers skills advice to help you chose the most appropriate training for you and your business, whether it’s delivered on your premises or here, in our professional facilities, at Hall Place. Whichever, route you choose, we will ensure that you receive quality, training relevant to your business needs with minimal disruption to your workplace.

The Train to Gain initiative enables individuals in your workforce to achieve their first level 2 or 3 qualification and can also improve the literacy and numeracy skills of your employees, helping to increase your bottom line.

Most programmes take less than a year to complete.

If you have 50 or less employees, you may even be entitled to wage compensation for the time your staff study towards their qualification.
