Lynne Saint Director of Business Lynne comes from a work based learning background and has owned her own NVQ centre, although more recently has worked as a management trainer and executive coach. Lynne is an advocate for both quality systems and personal learning, having won a National Training Award for her own development and achievements. Her role is to develop business opportunities and to raise the range of, and standards of vocational training and learning at BCA. |

Chris Newton Childcare Co-Ordinator Chris is a childcare professional who previously owned and ran her own early years nursery. She is now responsible for co-ordinating all Childcare NVQs for the team. |

Romella Reddy Health and Social Care Co-ordinator Romella has recently joined HPBS as a H&SC Co-ordinator. She has a 25 year history in the H&SC sector with some experience in recruitment and catering. She looks forward to utilising her skills and knowledge to benefit others. |

Linda Scurr Community Action/NPTC Linda has a strong background in finance, admin, customer service and as a former student at BCA in agriculture. As an employee at BCA and HPBS for the last 12 years she has taken on the role of Co-ordinator for a wide range of non Vocational Adult educational courses and is currently the National Proficiency Test Council (NPTC) Secretary for Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. She co-ordinates C&G provision and assessments for certificates of competence and statutory testing. |

Kim Pierpoint Kim studied the National Certificate in Horticulture at BCA 17 years ago. Since then, she has held a number of jobs in amenity and decorative horticulture fields as both employed and self employed including 5 years at BCA. She returned to BCA in 2008 as the internal verifier for Horticulture courses and has recently become the NVQ Co-ordinator for Horticulture. |
